Hani Rihan is an accomplished executive with over 20 years experience in the Health and Life Insurance industry. Hani’s passion and drive in helping others has led him to his current position as founder and President of AIA Direct, LLC, a leading national Health and Life insurance agency specializing in helping middle class Americans have access to affordable health insurance in a very volatile healthcare reform. Prior to launching AIA Direct, Hani was hired as a sales agent by Cornerstone America, a division of UICI, a Ron Jensen company that was acquired by Blackstone. Within months Hani was amongst the top three producers out of two thousand plus sales agents competing nationwide. His achievements and record breaking numbers led to his promotion to a District Manager and then to a Regional Manager. Mr. Rihan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Webber University.

Dina is a licensed professional with over a decade of experience in healthcare, inclusive of the Affordable Care Act, and the private healthcare market. Her vast knowledge of the industry during all of the confusion and changes include life insurance and annuities.
As a female in an industry that at one time was mostly male dominated; she believes that women bring a special skill set, and perspective. This belief has been validated with the current era of more women joining AIA and their proven success and accomplishments.
Her knowledge of the industry allow her to teach, motivate and train Agents with all the necessary skills to achieve success by helping clients through the confusion of finding what is best for them.
Being a mother and a grand-mother in addition to her own life experience further provides her the compassion and conviction of always leading with the clients need first. She sees every day as an opportunity to learn something new; lives each day with passion & gratitude, embraced with a smile that every problem has a resolution!

Diane Archer was born and raised in New Jersey before moving to Florida in 2013 to be closer to her father of 95 and her daughter who is currently in Veterinary College. Her son is currently in New Jersey and is a life long northerner. Wanting a new career, she entered the insurance business ,after a long and very successful Finance career in the Automobile Industry. Being in this industry allows her to use her past finance skills in a different field and contribute to the growth of AIA . Diane enjoys a very busy lifestyle, working full time and looking after her father. Newly married, Diane and her husband, along with their German Sheppard ,look forward to exciting weekends filled with camping, motorcycling and boating.

Craig is a United States Marine and a licensed professional with vast knowledge of healthcare reform, the Affordable Care Act, and the private healthcare market. He is also licensed in life insurance and annuities. Being a husband and a father of four energetic children, he understands the need to find superior health coverage at an affordable price. In his free time, he enjoys theme parks, escape rooms, and any other family-fun activity.

Bruno joined the AIA team after relocating from Boston, where he grew up, to Florida in 2014. As a native of Brazil, he is fluent in Portuguese and loves cars, fitness/sports, and spending time with family & friends. Bruno started his sales career in the auto industry before he transitioned to the insurance field following the passage of the Affordable Care Act. With the rapid yearly changes to the insurance market, he rapidly acquired knowledge and contacts that he shares to the benefit of clients and colleagues alike.

James Kelley has been an agent with AIA Direct sense 2011. He has a beautiful wife named Sandra and three sons.

Roman was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Selling and marketing since middle school. He has been in the insurance industry since 2012. He focuses on listening to each client's unique situation to always put them in a better position than he found them in. Now he is focusing on training and passing on his skill set to new agents.

Doug Reynaert came to AIA from the construction industry where he co-founded and built multiple companies serving developers throughout the state and nationally. His academic background is in biology and accounting with an eye toward medical school before deciding to leave college and go into business with his brothers. He is the father of three children and would characterize his approach to insurance as part coach, part student, and 100% committed to help simplify what can be an intimidating subject for most people. "Nobody get's up in the morning excited to go online and look for a new health plan or finally get around to finding their spouse a life insurance policy" he says. "Bringing that chore to a easy to understand, affordable conclusion so you can check it off the list and sleep like a baby tonight.....that's exciting!"

Michael R. Castellon is a Licensed Health, Life and Annuity Specialist partnered with AIA to provide superior service to each individual, family, and group. Michael's previous experience as a First Responder, Paramedic, and a Cardio Thoracic Aortic Dissection survivor has showed him first hand the importance of Health & Life Insurance. Tyler Collier was born and raised in Southwest FL. He has been with AIA Direct since 2016. His passion for the insurance industry stems from helping consumers save money on their healthcare needs by making sound and informed decisions in a chaotic insurance market. Tyler enjoys attending sporting events and traveling with his wife and their two young children, Aiden who is four and their infant daughter, Keira.

Janvier Nshimyumuremyi was born and raised in African/Rwanda, moved to Tampa/Florida in his teenage years. He continued his education at Saint Petersburg college where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management. Heavy background in Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, HTML, and WordPress framework.

Christina is a Sarasota, FL native. She majored in Graphic Design Technology and minored in Business Management & Entrepreneurship. She joined the team entry level and was quickly offered the position as Talent Acquisition Manager. Her natural ability to communicate with anyone allows her to perform the day-to-day required task of seeking out talent in the surrounding Tampa Bay Area and offering new career opportunities with AIA Direct.
